Courtside Rules
Everyone on court plays under the same rules — thanks for respecting the space, the staff, and each other.
Abuse or threats toward staff or players are prohibited. Offenders face a permanent ban.
Timing
Vacate the court within 10 minutes after your booking. Do not enter more than 10 minutes early. Be ready at the booked start — late arrivals are not extended.
Court assignment
Your booking guarantees the time, not a specific court number. Staff assign courts.
Lounge
The lounge is shared public space and is not included with court rentals.
Food & drink
No bubble tea. No food on benches or the court area (cakes, chips, candy, pigmented fruit, strongly scented food). Only sealed water bottles courtside. No chewing gum. Dispose of rubbish in bins.
Smoking & alcohol
No smoking or vaping. Alcohol is prohibited on and around the courts.
Footwear
Non-marking, non-black-soled shoes only. No sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, or bare feet. Wipe wet or muddy shoes before court.
Dress
Shirts must be worn at all times — no bare torsos.
Belongings & injury
Keep watch over personal belongings. No liability for lost items. Report injuries to the front desk — first-aid is available. A liability waiver is required.
Filming & CCTV
No filming others without consent. The facility is under CCTV; entry means consent to recording. Keep court aisles clear.
